You must only connect WhatsApp accounts, contact data, and website content that you are authorized to use and that you may lawfully submit to the service.

You agree to cooperate on reasonable security, support, incident, and data-subject-rights requests related to your use of the service.

Some access, export, correction, deletion, or support requests may require identity or authority checks and may be handled through manual support workflows.

Availability of deletion, export, or incident-response steps can depend on technical limits, legal duties, third-party providers, and backup constraints.

You must have permission to use the connected WhatsApp account.
